How do you keep it together all the time?
I don’t. I just deal with it.
We all have those days we feel like giving up, you know the ones, when you just want to go home stick on your pjs and slob on the sofa with some icecream and a Disney film 🎬. It’s perfectly ok to have these days, you’re only human after all.
The best way I get over this is to push through it. If my workout is feeling tough, I push harder. If I’m struggling to write an assignment, I just keep going until I get in the zone. The harder you work, the better the results.
Put in work, you will thank yourself in the end.
